Originally built in 1926, the Langler Residence is a character home thoughtfully re imagined to meet the brief of a growing family seeking a home that balances heritage charm with modern functionality. Shaped by kinship, the clients envisioned a salon that would feel warm, tonal, softly sculpted, and intentionally detailed. The result is a calm, sophisticated, and future-focused salon that elevates the client experience while supporting a highly efficient workflow. 

Located in the heart of Perth, Marquet was engaged to design the ground floor lobby and workplace across Levels Six and Seven for AngliSchools. A refined palette of vein-cut travertine, hand-rendered walls, warm timber and brass creates a calm, grounded workplace, while layered materials and integrated lighting add depth and richness throughout.

Coastal living re-imagined. A luxurious collection of 18 ocean-view terrace homes, architecturally designed across two colour schemes. Natural materials and textures were carefully considered to reflect the beauty of the surrounding coastal landscape.
